For the convenience of our customers, we have improved the online conversion service in Tenge24 application.

Conversion is possible between current accounts in five currency pairs:

• sum - US dollar
• sum - euro
• sum - British pound
• sum - tenge
• sum - ruble

The currency exchange service in Tenge 24 is available on bank business days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Now in Tenge 24 a refund service is available for all owners of cars manufactured by UzAuto Motors the amount of money previously paid for when purchasing.

In order to receive funds, you need to:

• Log in Tenge24;
• Complete identification;
• Go to "More" section;
• Select "Refund from UzAuto Motors";
• Enter your contract number;
• Select an account for crediting funds;
• Get acquainted with the terms of the Public Offer and the contract;
• Wait for the transfer.
