- If you are contacted by phone, on the Internet, via social networks or other means, and under various pretexts they try to find out your payment card details, passwords or other personal information, BE CAREFUL: these are clear signs of fraud. In case of any doubts, we recommend you to stop communicating and contact the Bank by calling the Contact Center 1245;
- To avoid the use of your card by another person, do not disclose the PIN code to bank representatives, law enforcement officials, or point of sale cashiers and do not write the PIN code on the card.

If you have forgotten your PIN code, please visit a Bank branch with a valid identity document.
You need to call the short number 1245 and submit a request. A Bank representative will then contact you.
You can top up your card:
• At ATMs with Cash-In functionality;
• Via the Tenge24 mobile app;
• Through other banks that support card-to-card transfers;
• At Bank branch cash desks.
Card applications are processed within 3 business days.
