In 1996 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in physics, a physics teacher with the right to teach in English, in 1998 he graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting, with an MBA degree.

She began her professional career in August 1997 as Chief Economist in the Government Securities Division of the Internal Operations Department at the Republican State Institution "National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

In 2001, he graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Finance and Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit, and in 2006 from the Kazakh University of Humanities and Law with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2008, he received a Master's degree from the International Academy of Business in Astana.

Experience

He started his career in May 2001. In August 2003, he began working at "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC, where in various periods of activity he held the positions of Deputy Director of the Pavlodar regional branch, director of the Ekibastuz regional and Mangistau regional branches.

From 1998 to 2001 she worked as a main specialist, supervisor of Trade finance Department of working with corporate clients of «HSBC Bank Kazakhstan».

From May 8, 2026, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Tenge Bank.

In 2012, she graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a bachelor's degree in "Finance and Credit". In 2014, she obtained a master's degree in "Economics" from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Experience

She began her banking career in 2012 at OCBD "Orient Finance" of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a specialist in the Retail Operations Department of the Cash Circulation Department. She worked at OCBD "Orient Finance" until 2019, reaching the position of Head of the International Money Transfers Coordination Department of the Retail Services Development Department. Madina has more than 12 years of experience in the banking sector in Uzbekistan. She joined "Tenge Bank" in June 2019 with the mission of launching and developing the retail business unit. As Director of the Retail Business Department, she made a significant contribution to the development of this area in "Tenge Bank". During her time at "Tenge Bank", she developed a full range of retail banking products, including both traditional solutions and advanced digital technologies integrated into business processes. She actively participated in the architecture of the bank's IT systems, with an understanding of database structure and all aspects of retail business functional and technological development. She launched the auto loan credit conveyor, which became a leader in the market and was actively involved in building scoring systems and a mobile application for individuals. She successfully implemented the credit process for the "Tenge Market" marketplace. Since October 2023, she has been heading the subsidiary of "Halyk Finservice" in the Republic of Uzbekistan - "Finserv Tech" LLC, within the framework of the "Tenge Market" marketplace project. On June 13, 2024, Madina Yusupova was approved by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and appointed as the Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of "Tenge Bank".
