Education

In 1996 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in physics, a physics teacher with the right to teach in English, in 1998 he graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting, with an MBA degree.

He has been working in the banking system since 2000. Education

In 1978 she graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy majoring in “Economist”, and in 1986 she finished postgraduate of the Almaty Institute of National Economy. She has PhD in economy.

Experience

She started working in 1985 in Kazakh Governmental Academy of Management as a senior lecturer and associate professor.

In different times she worked as the head of international relations management in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1993-1998 years), deputy CEO, director of Treasury department in Central Asian Bank of cooperation and development (1998-1999 years), the head of currency regulations and control management in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1992-2002), Chairman, Adviser to Chairman in JSC «Kazakhstan Deposit Guarantee Fund» (2002-2016) and independent board member in JSC «Halyk Bank of Kyrgyzstan» (since 2017 till now).

Biography

Beibit Faleyev was born in 1979. In 2001, he graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Finance and Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit, and in 2006 from the Kazakh University of Humanities and Law with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2008, he received a Master's degree from the International Academy of Business in Astana.

Experience

He started his career in May 2001. In August 2003, he began working at "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC, where in various periods of activity he held the positions of Deputy Director of the Pavlodar regional branch, director of the Ekibastuz regional and Mangistau regional branches.

Since July 2016, he has held the positions of Director of the Department for Dealing with Problem Loans of "Kazkommertsbank" JSC and "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC. Since March 2022, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the subsidiaries of the Halyk Group — "KUSA Halyk" LLP and "Halyk Asset" LLP.

On April 22, 2024, Beibit Khamitovich Faleyev was coordinated with the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and approved for the position of Chairman of the Board of Tenge Bank.

He started working in banks in 1993 in Central Bank of Uzbekistan in the position of a leading dealer of international relations management.

Worked in managing positions and became Deputy Chairman of the Board of Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2006 he became the head of consolidated informational analysis on economics and external economic relations department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Made contribution in the development of banking system by being Deputy Chairman of the Board of AICB «Ipotekabank», JSCB «Davrbank», Chairman of the Board of JSCB «Hamkorbank».

In May, 2019 he has been elected First Deputy CEO of JSCB «Tenge Bank».

Since April, 2019 she has been elected as Deputy of Chairman of the board of JSCB «Tenge Bank».

He started his career in the Republic of Kazakhstan in August 1993 as a programmer at "Escont".

He started his banking activity in November 1995 as a programmer in the Zhambyl branch of "Kazkommertsbank".

Since January 1998 he has been appointed to the position of a leading programmer of "Kazkommertsbank" and since June 1998 he has been appointed to the position of Head of the IT Department of "Kazkommertsbank".

Since 2002, he has worked in senior positions in large banks, such as "Nurbank" JSC, "Kaspi Bank" JSC, "ATF Bank" JSC, "Uzpromstroybank" JSC (Tashkent).

From July 2021 to December 2022, he worked as an IT consultant at JSCB "Tenge Bank".

From December 7, 2022, he was appointed to the position of Managing Director at Tenge Bank. 

From August 21, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Tenge Bank.

Madina Yusupova was born on October 4, 1991. In 2012, she graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a bachelor's degree in "Finance and Credit". In 2014, she obtained a master's degree in "Economics" from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Experience

She began her banking career in 2012 at OCBD "Orient Finance" of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a specialist in the Retail Operations Department of the Cash Circulation Department. She worked at OCBD "Orient Finance" until 2019, reaching the position of Head of the International Money Transfers Coordination Department of the Retail Services Development Department. Madina has more than 12 years of experience in the banking sector in Uzbekistan. She joined "Tenge Bank" in June 2019 with the mission of launching and developing the retail business unit. As Director of the Retail Business Department, she made a significant contribution to the development of this area in "Tenge Bank". During her time at "Tenge Bank", she developed a full range of retail banking products, including both traditional solutions and advanced digital technologies integrated into business processes. She actively participated in the architecture of the bank's IT systems, with an understanding of database structure and all aspects of retail business functional and technological development. She launched the auto loan credit conveyor, which became a leader in the market and was actively involved in building scoring systems and a mobile application for individuals. She successfully implemented the credit process for the "Tenge Market" marketplace. Since October 2023, she has been heading the subsidiary of "Halyk Finservice" in the Republic of Uzbekistan - "Finserv Tech" LLC, within the framework of the "Tenge Market" marketplace project. On June 13, 2024, Madina Yusupova was approved by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and appointed as the Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of "Tenge Bank".
