Notes:
- The transfer commission to JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" or its subsidiary banks is 150,000 UZS with VAT;
- The transfer commission in tenge currency is 250,000 UZS with VAT.
Limits on transactions in foreign currency for individuals :
1) For the withdrawal of foreign currency in cash from the accounts of non-resident individuals, in the amount of:
- 10,000.00 US dollars in equivalent per month;
- 120,000.00 US dollars in equivalent per year.
2) Currency exchange operations and transfer of funds to the accounts of individual clients without supporting documents about the source of funds:
- For resident individuals - in the amount of up to 100,000.00 USD (in equivalent) within 30 days;
- For non-resident individuals - in the amount of up to 10,000.00 USD (in equivalent) within 30 days (in cash or non-cash form). Transactions that exceed 10,000.00 USD (in equivalent) are carried out exclusively in the Bank's division.
Transactions exceeeding the established limits are carried out strictly upon presentation by the client of a confirmation document from the source of funds.
