Requirements	- stable operation of a business for not less than 2 years - absence of current expired debts on financial obligations in front of the Banks - absence of information about pending legal actions - absence of a debtor’s card file of unpaid documents on time by the moment of circulation and earlier within 3 months (card file № 2), excluding on non-existing (less than 0,5% net worth of a debtor) or mistakenly set requirements if there are reasoned explanations
