Please be informed that during the holiday period, from 11:59 PM on December 30, 2025 to 9:00 AM on January 5, 2026, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• issuance of payment cards;
• opening and topping up deposits;
• partial and full early loan repayments.

Additionally:

• from 11:45 PM on December 31, 2025 to 1:00 AM on January 1, 2026, withdrawals from deposit accounts will be limited;
• from 11:59 PM on December 29, 2025, applications for online microloans will be temporarily suspended.

At the same time, scheduled repayments for existing loans will continue to operate as usual.

We kindly ask you to plan your financial transactions in advance, taking these restrictions into account.
