Business plan

The business plan defines the strategic direction of development of Tenge Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) for 2025, the purpose of which is to develop as a universal financial institution that actively operates in various market segments and offers a wide product line to legal entities and individuals through traditional and innovative sales channels.

The main objectives of the Bank are

  • the development of high-tech digital services and the maximum product line through remote sales channels, including in cooperation with the leading players of the "Fin-tech" sector;
  • building a broad and diversified customer base by combining standardized product solutions and an individual approach that allows you to form long-term partnerships with customers;
  • implementation of complex cross-sales projects within the framework of partner programs 
  • building our own card processing, involving the issuance and maintenance of cards from several international payment systems Mastercard, American express, Visa, UPI;
  • creation of a well-developed branch network and points of sale of various formats, which creates convenience for maintenance and allows optimizing operating costs;
  • implementation of the personnel assessment and motivation system based on the experience of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC and the best international practice;
  • establishing a high standard of service quality and customer service efficiency due to the correct formulation of business processes and flexible pricing policy
  • offers of new products in terms of financing and servicing cross-border trade operations (accounts, transfers and direct conversion to tenge, trade finance, etc.). 


The strategic goals set for the Bank imply a significant shift towards increasing the internal deposit base in order to eliminate the imbalance in the structure of the Bank's funding sources, on the one hand, as well as a gradual stabilization of the volume of attracting interbank deposits and investments in equity as funding instruments of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.

Currently, the Bank has set strategic goals for the continuation of a customer-oriented business model that allows it to fully meet the needs of customers in various banking services, including new, automated and digital services, while maintaining the profitability of operations at a sufficient level.
