Please be informed that starting from October 2, 2026, the updated version of Tenge Bank’s Fees and Charges for Individuals will come into effect.

We have revised the structure of the Tariffs to make the terms and conditions of our services clearer and more transparent. In particular, we have clarified the names and descriptions of transactions, the conditions for applying fees, exceptions and notes, and organized the services into the relevant sections.

The key changes apply to:

• the provision of certificates and account statements for individuals. The fee is UZS 30,000, including VAT;

• cash withdrawals from accounts in national and foreign currencies;

• bank card transactions and the use of Tenge Bank cards at ATMs of other banks;

• foreign exchange and currency conversion transactions;

• certain SWIFT transfer transactions;

• transactions involving electronic wallets and instant money transfer systems.

For greater transparency, the updated Tariffs clearly identify transactions that are provided free of charge and separately specify cases where the Bank’s exchange rate or fees charged by correspondent banks and other third-party banks may apply.

Please note that when using a Tenge Bank card at ATMs of other banks, the fees and charges of the bank servicing the respective ATM will apply.
