According to the terms of the Public Offer Agreement (clause 4.1.17), if no transactions are made with your card for six consecutive months, the Bank reserves the right to close the card unilaterally.

To avoid card closure, we recommend making periodic transactions, such as:

• paying for purchases in stores or online;
• card-to-card transfers;
• paying utility bills and other services.

Regular use of your card not only keeps it active but also allows you to enjoy all the benefits and services of the Bank.
