In accordance with the terms of the Public Offer, if there are no successful transactions on the Client’s bank card for twelve (12) months, the Bank reserves the right to unilaterally close the corresponding bank card and the accounts associated with it.

If there is a remaining balance in the account linked to the card:

• such funds will be automatically transferred to the Client’s active current account with the Bank (demand account);
• in the absence of an active current account, the Bank reserves the right to hold the funds on an internal demand account until the Client makes a request.

This notice regarding the closure of the card and the transfer of funds is provided by posting the relevant information on the Bank’s official website, which shall be deemed a proper method of notification in accordance with the Public Offer and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
